All our engines have been fully reconditioned:

  * disassembly: engine is taken apart down to check
  * cleaning: we clean it inside out with gasoline
  * reboring: cylinder head is rebored and new genuine Honda piston kit is
     replaced
  * Changing parts:
     * new complete gasket kit
     * bearings (Nachi/NSK)
     * new seals (NOK)
     * new clutch plates (Honda)
     * new in/ex valves (Honda)
     * new camchain guide rollers (Honda)
     * sparkplug (NGK)

  * repairing electrical devices such as wiring harness, cdi, ignition coil,

     and replace them with brand new genuine Honda parts if we found them
     in poor condition
  * polishing and brushing
  * test ride: By 2 mechanics> 5 Kms in different speeds (30-40 kms/hr and
     70-90 kms/hr) and in different road conditions (off/on road) 
  * final check: we do final check to make sure there is no oil leak/strange
     noise/white smoke
  * reassembly
